ORDER PROCESSING


Due to this being a one-man operation, please review the order timelines below once your order has been placed.


  • Orders typically take 5–10 business days to be produced before shipping.

  • During high-volume drops or launches, production times may extend slightly.

  • You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We do not mass-produce inventory. Every piece is engineered individually.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on your location:


  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days after production

Please note:


  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Customs delays, carrier delays, or weather disruptions are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because the majority of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

All sales are final.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To qualify:


  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the defect

  • Provide your order number

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture that occur naturally during production.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders move into production quickly:


  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering.

  • We cannot guarantee modifications after checkout.
